چکیده
Background and Objective: Escherichia coli bacteria are one of the most important bacterial races causing urinary tract infection, which is responsible for 90% causes infection originated in human intestine, this Gram- Negative facultative aerobic that moves by peripheral flagella belongs to Enterobacteriaceae.
Materials methods: The were isolated from UTI, after they diagnosed using light microscope conducting biochemical tests, then exposed antibiotic Ciprofloxacin, trimethoprim, alcoholic extract Punica granatum Trigonella foenum graicum. genomic DNA was extracted all samples Random amplified polymorphic - Polymerase chain reaction (RAPD-PCR) marker carried out five random primers.
Results: results RAPD-PCR profiles shown antibiotics (Ciprofloxacin Trimethoprim) extracts (Punica graicum) lead disappearance or appearance new bands compared with non-exposed samples, highest rate polymorphism each treatment primers sample 5 102.27% where ratio % GTS 6.04% same sample.
Conclusion: All treatments caused genetic changes E.coli cells especially gave effect than rest treatments, indicates its efficiency treating infections.

Genetic diversity of Fusarium semitectum isolates from rice, using RAPD and REP-PCR markers
In order to determine genetic variability among 33 isolates of Fusarium semitectum, morpho- logical and molecular studies were carried out. Isolates from different paddy fields in the north of Iran were separated from each other in four morphotype groups. The isolates showed a high level of variation in aerial mycelium, color of colony, number of septa and growth rate on potato dextrose agar (P...
متن کاملGenetic diversity analysis of Morchella sp.by RAPD
This study investigated the genetic diversity of morchella species using randomly amplified polymorphic DNA markers. Morchella species are an important group of edible mushrooms belonging to the family Helveliaceae with medicinal and economical significance. In this study we have developed an efficient method of genomic DNA isolation which was amplified by eight RAPD primers to test the polymor...
متن کاملAssessment of Genetic Diversity in Some Iranian Populations of Bunium persicum Using RAPD and AFLP Markers
The genetic diversity of 20 Iranian populations of Bunium persicum has been evaluated with random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) and amplified fragment length polymorphism (AFLP) markers. Fresh leaves of seedlings from each population were used for genomic DNA extraction. Analysis of banding patterns of 15 RAPD primers and 17 AFLP primer combinations, revealed 192 (86%) and 228 (75%) polymorp...
متن کاملEvaluation of Genetic Diversity among Some Common Fig Using RAPD and ISSR Molecular Markers
The common fig (Ficus carica L.), one of the most important fruit species, belongs to Moraceae family and is widely distributed in Iran. In this study, genetic variations among some genotypes of common fig collected from six different regions of Ilam province (Iran) were evaluated based on RAPD and ISSR markers. A total of 73 and 29 alleles were produced by 14 RAPD (with their sizes ranging fro...

Background: Various strains of Escherichia coli (E. coli) are known as major causes of intestinal and extraintestinal infections in humans and various animal species. Molecular methods are important for the identification of bacterial isolates and nucleotide sequence variations, as well as information on tracking bacterial agents related to the outbreaks, the frequency of the bacterial genetic ...
